Made from heavy duty nylon, the blast suit provides a high level of protection for the front of your body and arms, with a breathable cotton back that helps to keep you cool.

Operator visibility has been at the forefront of the Nova 3 design, and it was achieved this by incorporating a large panoramic visor. This provides operators with an uncompromised field of view, which supports greater and precision when blasting. When teamed with the cassette lens system, this ensures your field of view is always fresh by simply peeling away a protective layer to reveal a clean lens underneath.

Plastic Media is widely used as an alternative to chemical or hand-stripping. It gently removes coatings without damaging the substrate.
Type 5 plastic media has a high stripping rate while ensuring surface integrity. It is ideal for aircraft components, powder coating removal from pultruded aluminum parts, thin fiberglass components, and thin gauge metals.

Type 3 is the most aggressive of the three plastic media types. It is great for cleaning and stripping stubborn primers, paints, hydrocarbon deposits. It is also used for cleaning molds, steel, iron, and engines.

Type II plastic media removes anti-corrosion coatings, paints, oils, waxes, sealants, hydrocarbon deposits, and adhesives.

Garnet has a sub-angular shape, hardness, and high bulk density, making it ideal for quickly removing thin to medium thickness coatings, mill scale, and rust. This lower-dusting abrasive naturally has low chloride levels, reducing surface contamination.

Glass Bead gently cleans metal parts without etching the surface, leaving a smooth, polished, or matte finish.

Aluminum Oxide is used when an application is sensitive to rusting caused by ferric contamination and requires an extremely aggressive, hard abrasive.
Brown Fused Aluminum Oxide is obtained from the fusion of high purity bauxites found in electric arc furnaces, resulting in +95% purity of aluminum BFA.
White Aluminum Oxide is obtained from the fusion of calcined Bayer alumina found in electric arc furnaces, resulting in +99 purity.

Coal Slag is one of the most versatile abrasives available and is generally used for the removal of thick coatings, rust, and mill scale. It’s widely used due to its profiling ability, economic price point, and availability. This recycled product is available in a wide range of sizes based on your needs.

Copper Slag is an aggressive abrasive frequently used in new steel and steel maintenance applications. Its bulk density and angular shape give it an aggressiveness that provides clean, fast-cutting action, considerably increasing production rates.
Faster cutting also means that abrasive consumption is reduced, saving you money on disposal costs and clean-up labor.

Corn Cob cleans and polishes without damaging the surface. It is used as an alternative to other organic abrasives containing oils that may stain the substrate or affect coating adhesion.
